Tried it with Samsung Galaxy & Marshmallow and the device is quite hot when I wake up. Is it better to turn off sound recording?

Few questions:
(1) Is it safe to keep the cellphone that much close to body for several hours even in Airplane mode?
(2) Is it possible the phone be on top of a close table or for its functionality should be on mattress?
(3) Based on the short ad: why an adult needs to sleep 13 hours? She went to bed at 19:30 (7:30 PM) to 8:30 AM? Why?
(4) Based on the short ad: isn't smart light alarm annoying? To me, that light can make someone blind temporarily.

It seems to me like this doesn't work in any way, it says I'm sleeping constantly regardless. I got this it because I have very poor sleep and I wanted to see if it could tell me how I slept, but for at least 2 hours while I was awake it says I was sleeping, so it just says I'm sleeping from the moment I turn it on. What good is it then?
