Sony VAIO - Keyboard is not working correctly

this is just making a show of being helpful and not being helpful ONE BIT! AND THEY KNOW IT AND WE ALL KNOW IT! AND is she a robot?

My number pad doesn't work, and the 6,F2,F4,F12 and ESQ keys dont work - They started to go, only about 8months in after I got the laptop, I got 0% help from SONY about this - 10Months in the Audio Jack went, again 0% help from SONY!

The laptop cost me £1000, and I have realised the hard way (being ripped off by SONY this is how they make money, this is the ONLY WAY they make money) - the laptop was probaberly £999 for the chip and ram (i7 12Gb) surrounded by £1's worth of TOTAL CRAP!

YOU KNOW IT! YOU ARE ABSOLUTE, MONEY-GRABBING LOW-LIFE SCAMMERS!

SIMPLE, I will never get anything SONY again!

My key u, y, 0 and @ aren't working on my vaio laptop, and this video didn't help ... do I have to change the whole keyboard?

Omg this helped so much. My keyboard wouldn't let me type but it turned out that the problem was I was keeping my mouse plugged into the keyboard 24/7. Thanks sooo much!!!
