Sony Xperia Z 'USB OTG support'

I got few questions:
1. Does it require any ingeration into software/hardware?
2. Can you plug keyboard and show how it works?
3. Can you plug any controller e.g. PS3 or XBOX and play?

Hi Fellas, This technic served the purpose for the Sony Xperia Z.. It had a broken screen and I bought a OTG cable after seeing this Video.. I was very much doubtfull that the adaptor may not serve the purpose. But it did.. Thumbs Up..Ufff...Thank god. Its a breather..
