i have a question. i have the exact same kit on my minarelli motor. what does changing the preload of the springs do. does it make the performance of the bike any different

Hi, I face an issue of Fuel Economy, Power & Pick Up

Kinetic ZX Zoom 2 Stroke (2001) 110cc

I recently got the bike serviced & the mechanic changed
1. Float pin/needle.
2. Kick assembly (new)
3. Brake liners (Front & Rear)
4. Clutch, springs, rubber etc.
5. Gear box oil. (Recommended)

He cleaned & tuned the carburetor.

The carburetor seems to be leaking after this change that was made.

Earlier before this the bike gave me a modest 35-45 kmpl in city riding conditions. But now it's dropped down to 15/20.. Kmpl.


Also the initial pickup & instant pickup of the bike has fallen drastically.

Besides, when I open full throttle while riding, the bike does not achieve its top speed. Surely with time lapse I may not achieve its top speed, but I know for sure it can deliver better.
However things here have gone even worse. After constant full open throttle the bike just reaches 50-60 kmph & stops after a minute or so. I mean the engine shuts down & also doesn't start up quickly. It takes a long long long time to start back up right after. (approx 8-10 minutes).


Note:
Although the bike does not have any startup problems relating to cold start or others. It starts up effectively. This is same as earlier. Something to be happy about.


Kindly help & instruct me as to what needs to be done.

Note: -
i) I have converted to manually operated choke a long time back.
ii) I also ensure & have right Fuel (Petrol to Oil 3%mixture)
iii) Wheels are freely operational
iv) A video regarding ;
a) Carburetor Tune-up & AFR
b) Carburetor Rebuild
c) Decarbonization (Engine)
would be great.

MUSS man diese veränderung eintragen lassen, oder ist das alles so wie es gemacht ist legal??

Beste Kupplung die es überhaupt gibt... Hatte mal die MKI, die war nun nach 3 Jahren breit... Die MKII überraschte mich dann mit neuer Optik und ist ansich schon VIEL besser konstruiert... Bin gespannt ob es bald vielleicht eine MKIII geben wird!? Wenn man sich also je eine Kupplung holen sollte, dann gleich diese hier... besser gehts nicht!!! Gruß

weil du sie nicht richtig eingestelt hast du vogel wenn die kuplung schleift ist das klar dann sind die backen sofort weg
