I am almost a week now into very reduced sugar intake. Before that i drank and ate a lot of sugary stuff, not very interested what could be in my food (and yes sometimes ignorance is bliss). My feelings are now mostly very angry and feeling handsome (lol)

Pretty much all PROCESSED FOOD has some type of sugar in it. Whether it be refined white sugar, or high fructose corn syrup, or some type of artificial sweetener. These food manufacturers could give a rats a$$ about your health.

Bread in America is awful I couldn't believe how sweet it was. I couldn't find bread anywhere that was what it was like in Australia. I just went off it when I was traveling.

I watched this guy 4 months ago before I start gym. I used to weight 67 kg and I started working out with a 0 sugar diet. I now weight 56.5 kg and I am fit with a six pack. I had lots of butter and olive oil in my meals. make ur own butter at home it is easy and helps you to burn fat.

Diets don't work.They come from the ww2 philosophy of rationing restriction and deflation. It never work and never will. I am a biologist and genetics is 1/2 of this game than the epigenetics and the environment may be the rest. There also behavioral and sociological aspect. Please, try to mix as many variety of foods and the less processed. lawglobiolo@gmail.com
