TrackR Bravo as a vehicle tracker - Part 1

hi i can also confirm the range of the item it is a nice idea but out of range and constant searching if more than 15/20 feet away. took back to my local argos store ,refunded with no problems. don't waste your time, money or effort.

So what do I do when my wife and kids are out in the desert or not so well traveled
road, or camping or at the beach or out when there are very few if any travelers?
How do you find the car when its 50' off any road ? Not saying this can't work , but
not quite getting where this might be anywhere near reliable.

The trackr has battery in it ? If it does how long it take for it to run out of battery ?

can I follow my Trackr Bravo using my computer?

I got this for Xmas. I got it paired to my Iphone and created an acct.BUT it never showed me the screen to what I want tracked?? I want to put in my car in case of theft. How do I set it up for that?

Simply and totally waistage of the money. It is pure fraud. It does not work beyond a meter. Never ever buy it.

Sim card!! NO! Thought it was something different. Whoever did the competitive analysis needs to be fired. This product has no competitive advantage what so ever. The technology is old now. We have tracking devices on everything in the office for over 5 years now. There are sooo many companies doing it and a device is only $5 to 10 now. We put them on Lap tops, cars, brief cases, children book bags, key rings. Trackers the size of a quarter. The only difference is that you all got the lil cute logo on it.

This piece of crap don't work outside, is only if you loose your keys at home. I wont recommended to anybody. I want my money back.

I found my stollen van because I went to the area where they were using my credit card at Mcdonalds I found it wrecked. but I wish I had the tracker.

A simple question....how do I access the Crowd GPS network? My app comes up and it searches for the device on bluetooth but I don't see a way to switch to crowd gps? What do I need to do????

Hello, I would like to clarify a question about TrackR Bravo. I bought this device to locate my parents car. We live in Brazil, but in different districts, about 800 miles away from each other. I did a test last week when we were in the same city, and the locator was able to show me where the car was. Now that I'm 800 miles away from it, the app that is on my phone shows my location, instead of showing the location of the car who is with the TrackR Bravo. What do I do to fix this?
