TrackR Bravo Trick

Have been using for a few years now an app called Life360. It's great for tracking family members. Even has a panic option to call quickly for help. It would be a good addition to the TrackR. They have a free version that works really well. Not part of the company in an way, just a fan of the app. www.Life360.com. Thanks for the video, I like your work around. Am going to buy a second TrackR now since I don't have a lot for crowd GPS where I am also.

TrackR is a waste of money. Beep is barely audible when it does beep. Mine stopped working after 2 weeks. Re-setting did not help at all. DO NOT BUY, you will be sorry.

IN YOUR SHOE, is the best place to store your tracker. Best way to also make sure you don't forget to grab it before leaving the house. Unless, of course you don't wear the same pair everyday. Cause I agree with +MAYNARD MALLOYRIGGS in regards to personal security. However, since you are relying on the phone, looks like you both have good Samsung phones, (if you don't have then setup Gmail Acct), Google has a find my phone option. Free and no worry about tagging additional items. Therefore, throw TrackR in glove box with old cellphone with Wireless enabled if your city has free hotspots via cable/internet provider.

It does not work at all. Just a total waist of your money. It is as dead as a stone. Please do not consider it even to buy it. You shall ever repent.

The new software allows you to monitor multiple Trackr Bravos, each appear on the pull down menu (three squares) upper right of app screen, after selecting the desire trackr, by clicking the gear symbol you can see its battery status. Cheers..

If you and your partner don't mind tracking each others location then the Find my phone app can do that for free using cell phone servers.  It is issue of tracking the cars and other things that need to be overcome  I like the Cell phone hard wired in the car solution.    The key issue works fine.  Really its just not powerful enough as a stand alone device just yet but great work. I saw all  you videos and like you work arounds.

Bytheway you are using GEN1 there is a GEN2 out right now. just saying... thank you for your video, it helped me purchase this device. (the GEN 2 has a hole in the front, and has a different battery) it has better distance and tracking capabilities...again thank you for your 3 videos I watched them all and subscribed.

I tried to connect the TrackR Bravos the same way, but when requesting the location of the corresponding TrackR (my TrackR on my wifes keyring ) it still shows the last known position only and the searching symbol keeps moving all the time.
It may be that in Taiwan this trick doesn't function...

Hello, how do you update you trackr bravo with you phone. Also, How do you ask to you phone where your device is? I did the same but when I appears Last seen shows the same place always. Thank you

They now have a replacement program for the cost of shipping and handling they will send you discounted batteries . This tells me they know they have a battery issue. I haven't made it past the 3 month mark yet without changing batteries.
