Chat audio doesnt work.. They dont hear me when im in ps4 chat...

The problem with turning devices headset all the way up is ,you can no longer change volume or mute from your headset controller,and it no longer sounds like 5.1.Now i have the sharkoon xstatic 5.1 headset,which uses the same guts as the triton,also remember to inform people the usb plugged in the ps4 is mike in comming out of your SCU box,i have trouble at times not hearing my friend talk till i turn on all audio and raise the volume up in sound devicces which ruins thhe 5.1.Have you encountered any strange behavior such as i mentioned? Thank You
