http://www.virtualassistantassistant.com/virtual-staff-finder A review of Virtual Staff Finder virtual assistant recruiting service. Virtual Staff Finder review by VirtualAssistantAssistant.com. Chris Ducker's Virtual Staff Finder might be the best-known virtual assistant company in the world, at least in Internet marketing / blogging circles. But VSF isn't really a VA company at all; it's a recruiting service. For a one-time fee (currently $395), they'll source you 3 qualified candidates based on the requirements and job description you provide. Then you interview each and pick your winner. From there, Virtual Staff Finder is out of the picture. Your new worker reports directly to you and you pay them directly. The main idea here is time-savings on the hiring side. It can be quite time-consuming to post your job on Elance, oDesk, OnlineJobs.ph, or elsewhere, screen through all the responses (most of them garbage), and narrow down the pool all on your own. Have you worked with Virtual Staff Finder? What do you think?
