In this video I demonstrate the sound quality of the Vizio 38" 5.1 surround sound soundbar on my 55" tv. This set up actually sounds a lot better in person.

How do you turn up bass
-
Good thing you got gold tipped fiberoptic. Because fiberoptic rely on conductivity so much.

I am curious why you need to get the "gold tip optical" cable? the optical signal is actually light, better electrical conductor won't do any better at all from my knowledge.
-
Absolutely no bass.
-
sorry to say the difference in ur optic cable you will hear no difference its pulsating light sending the sound in a digital form. 1 and 0's

I'm pretty sure it's not surround sound if all of the speakers are right in front of your TV...

hey will this work with a head phone jack
-
can you add additional speakers to other rooms from this system
-
Should and Do You Power off Sub After every Use. Or does It automatically Power On and Off?
-
does each speaker need it's own power source? How is this powered? I imagine the bar has to be plugged in...?

My parents and I are moving to a new home in Lewisville, TX and after moving is complete, I am thinking of getting a 5.1 surround sound soundbar to play my original Xbox in Dolby Digital 5.1 because the original Xbox has great sound thanks to Dolby Digital with games like "ESPN NFL 2K5" and "MechAssault".
