I cover the basics of PWM and show you how to cheaply build a PWM circuit that can dim LEDs, control the speed of a motor, or control the power going to pretty much anything you want! Old , but very usefull content

you are funny and imformative, how about a collaboration with GreatScott? also u got one subb and face reveal?
-
yeah it is used for pc monitor led backlit. nice for eye strain.... I only use flicker free non pwm crap displays. never again pwm led backlit!

2:19 please explain why inductive loading there damages something ..is it because of low resistance of motor coils.i didnt understand that part

Thank you so much. Very easy to understand what the PWM is!

how many times does the on and off cycle is repeated per second in the circuit you created?
(the lowest) -
Talk about short and sweet. This helped. Great video. Thanks for the upload.

Brilliant!

HELLO, i have a question. I have an 8 channel radio controller Futaba. In one of the channels i want to be able to control one single led and i want to be able to dim it using the radio controller but right now it only turns on but the voltage doesn't vary. What do i need to be able to dim the led with the controller? also, how can i convert a digital pulse to a variable voltage so that i can dim the led? Thanks, any reply would be very helpful!!

You know one thing this pwm could use to make a sine wave of pure sine wave inverter with MOSFET PWM technology and a transformer only one contact wheel mechanism the rate of PWM adjusting will sine wave to a wave inverter pure sine with mosfet in the gate drive
Ps translated by google translator I'm so sorry for my horrible English -
how to change frequency and duty cycle independently?

This was a fantastically informational. Thank you

Huh! I haven't seen that 555 astable multivibrator configuration before. Definitely gonna write that down.
