Well, even the House of Evolution's leader and Genos said that Saitama's training regime was rather basic and could not lead to Saitama's overwhelming power that had built up over the course of three years, which also sparks the question if Saitama is some type of superhuman or even a god.

down in alaska, there is a youth academy for high school kids. u go there for about 6th months and they make you do more then just 100 push-ups and sit-ups!! iam thinking of going there.. all the people that went there have abbs now XD

Thank you for answering this. LL Cool J runs an *insane amount of miles (and the people in runner's magazines) every day, and I figured that 6.2 miles everyday was possible for the motivated athlete. The push-ups, sit-ups, and squats were non-factors.

This is the best workout I've done for a month and now 2 because back then I used to weigh 149 pounds and by doing this and eating less I now today have weighed 140 pounds...DAMN!

I've been doing Saitama's workout for 47 days but I altered the 10k to a 2 miles sprint every other day. I've been a track runner for 9 years but never worked too much on my upper body so the run was cake on the first day but I was shaking on push up #35 now I can do the whole work out in about 25 to 30 minutes
