Write umlaut a (ä) and o (ö) with Alt+[code]

Short video showing how to write umlaut a and o (ä, ö). It should be possible with Alt+[code] (if it doesn't work, please tell me). (You should not care about the Japanese writing because it is misspelled and contains misused grammar.)
