What does it mean if my MAC address on my phone always stays the same even when I change wifi networks

will this work for hospital WiFi too

How do you hook it up to your hotspot

new xbox one s lock the wireless mac address so you cant change it to access the internet threw changing the mac address

********UPDATE**************If you downloaded the new update to your xbox one, after it restarts you need to log on to the network you are trying to connect to and it will allow you to connect.
