win xp data transfer method? c5 ultra

I connect my phone on pc and start install PC Companion,say this aplication could not install.HELP!!!

A POPUP IS NOT APPEARING FOR INSTALATION

I'm leaving Sony Xperia phones and going over to Galaxy. My previous phone was the Sony Xperia Z2. That was admittedly a good phone and was a contender among the best out of 3 (if not two). However, I got the Xperia Premium Z5 because of all the features and mainly camera and video. Yes, I absolutely love a new mobile with all the new features. It's like opening a Christmas pressie and I don't get those sadly anymore. Well it only turns out that in spite of more pixels it doesn't stand out significantly better than S7 Edge. In fact it just doesn't stand out at all. When I saw some of my videos I thought na! crap for what it's suppose to do. I was not impressed with the quality at all and when you use 4K too many questions or things pop up and makes one wonder "what should I do now, ah can't be bothered - damn thing". Also, the phone itself is slippery, and practically glass like material all round - easy to drop and break. I don't want a 2 year hefty contract paying for a broken ugly phone but have to keep it until the contract runs it course. The waterproof feature, well if it's anything like my Z2 the slots to put your SD card and charging USB in well eventually falls off making it no longer waterproof because they make them too rigid and inflexible - I thought the same will happen to this phone (Z5 Premium) as very rigid. I've finally gone over to Samsung S7 Edge awaiting delivery. If it turns out to be all what it says it is then I see no reason why I just don't continue with Sungs (Sammys) for life unless another make phone comes out clearly much better. I can't see Sony doing that as all their other phones above the Z5 are nothing short of mid to high-end rubbish. As for downloading content onto ones computer. That is also not easy, their PC Companion is crap, very very crap. The phone back-up needs another software to open them as they don't open and it's not an easy to follow intuitive programme. It's one of those, "should I press this", "do they mean for me to do this". Not clear at all. Sony should just stick with Play Stations because the phone industry is too much for you.

Xperia™ Companion para Windows 7 64 bits?

I just want to transfer files from my mobile to my computer through wifi.

this companion interfase is old... with the one I've download from sony website, I can't click on "how to connect" because there is not! How suposse to do this? I have a Z1 with Lolly Pop Android and Windows 10 in my computer.

Deberían de actualizar su video con nueva información por que no se conectar mi xperia M4 aqua a PC companion por Wifi ya que las instrucciones son para otra versión de Android

i downloaded the companion from the site and it downloaded an older version... i try to update my phone.and. it says to update the companion >.<

My m2 will no longer connect to any pc! just shows as unknown device!! any ideas?

Nope, not paring and popping window on both devices. Uninstall in progress.
