Yankee Candle Scenterpiece Easy Melt Cup System Review

hey hun I want to buy one for my sister she loves yankee but do you prefer wax tarts or easy melt cups? can I use wax tarts in a easy melt cups warmer ? I'm new to this I only buy candle and reed diffusers.

Is there any way for me to melt a scent on this without the meltcup?  I have a couple scents that are just wax and want to melt them in this if possible

You are so right, I love the owl one, not until I saw it at the store, its short & round & bit. I love the idea but none of the scenterpiece appeal to me.

I returned mine because it took to long for the wax to melt and I know why. These things have very low wattage! The one I had was 15 watts and took forever for the wax to melt. When it did finally melt the throw was so weak I had to hoover over it to smell it. I poured the wax into a different warmer which was a 25 watt Better Homes & Gardens brand and the wax got hotter and started throwing perfect. The YC ones with low watts are junk and are only good as a piece of decoration.

I bought one of these today. It's just warming up now and I'm so excited to see how it is 😊
I'm starting University in a couple of weeks and we're not allowed candles in halls of residence. I was gutted because I have so many large jars that are only half burned, but I thought I'd give this a try because its flameless so I'll be allowed it in my flat!

I'm sorry. I am returning mine this weekend. Bought it today. It has no throw and no smell. The BH&G for 15 dollars is much better. I cannot smell a damn thing in this one and it has been 3 hours. For reference, I have this one here :

Any way to use these without the warmer? I got one as a present but no warmer :/

A good demonstration. Ive never heard of the this before, what a great idea. I shall certainly look for these. Much better than candle flames.

can you use a melt cup in a regular scentsy bar warmer?

How long did it take to completely melt the wax? I got the Glacier and it took more than an hour to completely melt my melt cup.

Hi Ladies,  I too am at that place where I would like to reuse those cups.   I put in some of my YC tarts but the throw is not the same.  I think this scenterpiece unit runs cooler.   Has anyone try some of the soy melts in them?

Have you tried this with other wax yet? They're finally in the UK and I'm debating getting one. But I have so much other wax that needs using. Thanks x

if you wait long enough then put your finger in the wax it burns somewhat but not really a burn thats severe
